We have revamped the level 3 certification process. Please follow the following process.

1. Revise and study the notes you have taken during the workshop.
2. Feel free to access the presentation from the workshop.
3. Take the level 3 quiz (quizbean.com/r/qb5VmrPWpxJH). You must earn 80% and above to earn your certification.
4. After completing the quiz, take a SCREENSHOT of your score.
5. Submit the screenshot in the form below to be verified by the committee.
6. Upon successful verification, the committee will provide the recipient with followup information.
